We provide return and exchange in case the product is received WRONG or if the product is DAMAGED
PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE CLAIMS

Return and exchange

Will NOT be approved in case of SIZE issues because all the sizing details are provided beforehand

Terms for Exchange / Returns :

Orders can be exchange/returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. Any requests received after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Products bought during sale can not be returned or exchanged

SHIPPING CHARGES which the customer paid while placing the order will not be added in the refund amount
COD orders will only be refunded in the form of a gift card.The gift card issued would be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

If there are visible signs of wear, washing or any other defect on the product, the product will be shipped back to the customer and the refund/ exchange will not be processed.

Once a product has been returned or exchanged, it is not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

Return Pickup :

Reverse pickups are generated at an additional cost of Rs. 150.

The refund will be processed once we’ve received the product back.

Refund Process :

Refund will be initiated after 24-48 hours after we receive the product in our warehouse.

Items bought on clearance and flash sale will not be exchanged or refunded
